We have been grappling at our desk with a question mailed to us by a soon to join BCOM student. He told us all he wants it to be rich and we were challenged to give him a short route to that ambition. This turned out to be a whole academic venture for us. We actually brought it to the boardroom several time and now we can report.
It this part of the world, without engaging in corruption( it is a route any how) the sure way to die poor is to seek a tie and tittle. Whatever the title as lonng us you are working in a company( that you do not own) then you are destined for poverty. We mean you could get by have a house, maybe a car and educate your children that is the most.
If your desire is to get rich REAL ESTATE is the way to go. In a future piece we shall share our own experience in real estate and how we think you and we mean you the person they call mwananchi wa kawaida can also play this game.
