At what level does condemnation become too much? The poor Kivuitu stands condemned even by me, but i am worried with LSK's emotional striking his name off the registers. Was Kivuitu given due process? Was he heard? Was justice given? The lawyers cannot purport to condemn one of their own without hearing him. The poor Kivuitu has his right to be fairly treated despite his overly mishandling of elections and the audacity to even joke about it.
